Any show that is based on a true story, has my curiosity. This show had my attention as well. I was shocked at how good this show was. When I read about it, I wondered if a nine-year-old solving a murder case isn't worth my time, but I'm happy that I gave it a chance. This series brought so many emotions that I could not explain. The show also explains everything very well. I did not catch myself misunderstanding the story or the setting and time.
I'm impressed with how the writers built the string for this mysterious yarn. This story holds form in and out of every episode. The twists and turns are fun which made me happy and nostalgic. Talking about Brooklyn Prince she was phenomenal, her parents would be proud of her and the character she is playing of hyper-inquisitive 9-year-old girl who has a nose for news and runs through walls to shine a light in the dark.
In my opinion the directors gave an amazing shot with what they had. They made the characters lovable and interesting and even if it doesn't catch you off guard that is because not every real life story is perfectly fit for making a show. People even said, that the show was unrealistic, but IT IS BASED ON A TRUE STORY. Not going to add anything else, just go and see it for yourself.
They need to follow what happened, and the facts behind it. Anyways this show was amazing and can't wait for season 2, and it ain't that far away.
My Rating- 7.5/10
