Lee Abbott (in sign language)-  "I love you. I've always loved you".

Okay, here's the plot- In starting 5 min we get the situation. Creatures or Aliens attack has already begun. Most of the Population and Animals are dead. Those monsters could kill anyone instantly, even if they make the slightest sound. The film takes place in 2020 in a post-apocalyptic world in which people are almost exterminated by bloodthirsty humanoid monsters. These monsters are completely blind, but have aggravated hearing, thanks to which, hearing the victim, instantly overtake and kill her.

The film shows such main scenes as supporting each other, caring for loved ones, which is very important when there are people who love, appreciate and respect you, it means so much. In general, I really liked this horror intersecting with fiction, I look forward to continuing the second part, which will be released sometime in 2021.

I personally thought the film and the direction was really good. I know people may disagree and that's fine, this is just my personal opinion, but I thought the acting, the beautifully (and refreshingly) simple storyline, the really clever directorial choices and just generally how the whole movie was executed made it one of the better horror movies I have ever seen. My heart was pounding so fast throughout, that I could literally hear it during this experience of an edge-of-the-seat spectacle. The raw emotions, the gut-wrenching suspense and the angst of a parent's dilemma portrayed on screen, tear apart all defenses one may have against this mind-boggling thriller.

Director and Actor John Krasinski know exactly how to build up thriller moments and Jump scars and was really good with his role, so was Emily. Years from now, when I'm reminiscing, I will continue feeling priviliged to have seen Emily Blunt starrer, A QUIET PLACE. For 90 minutes, I was hooked.
Waiting for what the prequel of "A Quiet Place" has to offer. Cillian Murphy is there as well, big reason to get motivated.
My Rating- 7/10
