The Usual Suspects is a gem, borrowing t raits of the classic noir film and coupling them with a wonderfully convoluted plot to produce a movie for the ages. This film is so close to perfection. Great things can be achieved with the right foundations. Classic case here. Kevin Spacey's masterpiece in acting cannot go unmentioned. In a deservedly Oscar-winning performance as Verbal Kint, Spacey demonstrates his unique skill of portraying a very layered character. Looks may indeed be deceiving. The film delivers powerful messages on life and how to best live it and even relationships and how and why some people may be better apart. To watch this film is to be immersed in a deaf person's world of rage, passion, love and healing and what a stirring world this is.
